STAGE 1
ADD 19.5oz OF WATER TO A BOWL, THEN ADD CAKE MIX. MIX 3 MINUTES ON LOW SPEED

STAGE 2
ADD 17.5oz OF WATER MIX 1 MINUTE ON LOW SPEED, SCRAPE BOWL. MIX 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM SPEED.

STAGE 3
ADD 16oz OF WATER AND 9.5oz OF OIL. MIX 1 MINUTE ON LOW SPEED, SCRAPE BOWL. MIX 2 MINUTES ON LOW SPEED.

BATTER TEMPERATURE 70’F – 73’F 
BAKE TEMPERATURE: 360’F – 375’F 
CONVENTIONAL OVEN 325’F – 340’F RACK OVEN
